How it works
You have frameworks, a way of running workshops and a clear sense of what a good report looks like. Most of it lives in your head. The rest is scattered across last year's deliverables and a few templates nobody updates.
A new consultant learns by sitting next to you. Leave them alone for a fortnight and they fill the gaps by guessing, and the draft comes back to you to fix at night. Meanwhile any client can get a chatbot to write a passable report. The part they'll still pay for is the part you haven't written down.
We interview you and your senior people, walk back through past projects, and read the documents you already have. We separate what you repeat from what you decide fresh each time. Then we build the repeatable part into pieces your team can run, and write down where a person's judgement is still needed.
